Nice domed head that leaves thick streaks on the glass. The liquid is light gold and clear.
The smell is similar to a Kölsch with plenty of malt. The “cream” is light and slightly sour.
Thin body but with a moderate level of carbonation. The taste, like the smell, is predominantly pale malt. This time more like a Helles. The cream is soft and barely detectable. A touch of sour. Very easy to drink but never quite falls into the lawnmower category.
