Brown color with light passing easily through the center of the glass appears to be clear. Super head that forms a dense dome. Great 3D lacing.
Smells of cinnamon and nutmeg. Very similar to a winter warmer/Christmas ale.
Imagine a brown ale blended with a winter warmer and you have this beer’s profile. The darker malts are dry with a toasted brown bread flavor. The cinnamon and nutmeg are stronger, dominating the taste. The swallow brings forth a mild bitterness.
