Hoprizon Craft Beer Brewery

Hoprizon was on a list of establishments participating in the "Saigon Beer Trail, " a promotional collaboration of 10 of the city's craft breweries to encourage patronage, and offer the opportunity to get a T shirt emblazoned with the logos of all the sponsors.
We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon. Even though it was January, the day was abnormally hot. The brewery is located in a large, older property with stately columns and an impressive garden and patio. There is seating indoors but no AC.
We sat in the patio with two portable fans trained on us and were adequately comfortable.
A party of four occupied the garden and were the only other guests in a venue that could easily accommodate several hundred. (A wedding party had reserved the entire space later that day for their reception. My companion expressed that he would like to have his wedding there.)
The beer was generally unremarkable.
We found out later that the head brewer is also the brewer at East West Brewing across town.
