Wings is our Hazy IPA suit, and for this release we paired Anchovy, a hop variety known for notes of watermelon and raspberry, with El Dorado, which itself is known for a tropical profile. The resulting bouquet resonates with aromas of guava and candied fruit, atop a pillowy body with restrained bitterness. It's what we would consider ultra-modern, leaving behind the binds of the past, but learning from it nonetheless.
