It comes to mind, so I have to say it, but it reminds me of Pine-Sol, but not in a bad way.
Mildly woody pine without any searing bitterness meets citrus peel and less malt than you'd think from it's dark red to brown body. Through that mildly aggressive journey, the fairly tall, tan head of dense foam gives way to a dry finish.
This is the most complex and tasty beer I've had of Green Valley's thus far.
