Dirty yellow colour, iridescent. White foam, made up of large and medium-sized bubbles, disappears momentarily from the surface of the liquid.
In the aroma, tomato "puree" and a rather strong aroma of celery. The association with tomato soup and or tomato juice with celery is right on target here. It is definitely surprising and incredibly intriguing.
On the taste there is a slight saltiness and sourness, the rest, as in the aroma is reminiscent of soup or tomato juice and even pizza.
Medium saturation. Smooth texture. Full body. Long, slightly salty, tomato and celery aftertaste.
