Light golden lemon colour, with a slight haze. White foam, high, with a moderately long reduction time. Minimally clouds the glass.
The aroma promises ginger, verbena, lemon and other herbs. The aroma is distinct and intense, as soon as you open the bottle, the first scent to emerge is ginger then verbena and then all the rest lemon and other herbal and spice notes. In addition, the aroma seems to be sour.
Taste moderately sour, refreshing, perhaps slightly salty.
Saturation medium. Body medium. Texture soft, smooth. Acidic aftertaste, long.
