Strong tea colour, clear. Foam the colour of broken white, it is high, finely bubbled, very persistent. It coats the glass nicely.
There is no surprise in the aroma. There is a very pleasant smokiness, strong and intense, its character is campfire, reminiscent of smoked sausage smells, but also of dried, smoked, dark fruits (plums). Yummy.
On the taste, the aromas seem to be more intense, but here more fruity. Taste generally sour (plum) with a slight sweetness in the background. Bitter finish, moderately high.
Medium saturation. Body full, high. Texture smooth, soft, fluffy. Long sour aftertaste.
