A: Golden-bronze with a light chill-haze, off-white head has some retention & leaves a hint of lace.
S: Grassy, marmalade/orange-rind and hints of floral hops. Light, sweet toffee & candied pineapple aroma.
T: Grass, rind & floral (almost soapy) hop flavour, vanilla, hint of mint, malt has a touch of rustic graininess. It's a little rough around the edges, much like their local terrain.
M: Light to moderate body; carbonation is a little high.
D: A good drinker.
I wouldn't call it an 'epic cascadian', but it is a nice, sessionable ale. It's actually a lot like the SMaSH (Canadian 2-row & Cascade) that I homebrewed with fresh, wet hops last year.
$11.55 a 6-pack... who says organic has to cost more? (and the cost to our environment is certainly a lot less)!

Two finger bubbly of white head on a clear copper. The head diminishes to a thin layer. Moderate lacing.
A strong hops with sweet malts in the smell. Most of the taste is in the finish. A slightly bitter hop finish with a malt aftertaste.
Medium body. Very lightly carbonated. Drinkability is moderate. This beer is like a light (in flavour) version of the Old Brewery Pale Ale.
