A- dark brown, black, head large rocky bubbles dissipate quickly then beer went totally flat after 10 minutes?

A-pour is a dark brown from the bottle to a near black in the glass with a medium size tan head leaving a spotty lace along the pint
S-sweet , chocolate mostly
T-sweet start , no smoothness
MF-ok/pop like carbonation , weak medium body
Ov-barely an ok beer , as more is consumed it doesn't get any better , not good

A - a very dark cola colour with a hint of light sneaking through at the bottom, thumb of head held solid at a half finger with a fairly consistent lace ring
S - significant chocolate, some cherry syrup, bit of roastiness, some adjunct like aroma
T - something is off here, there is a paint like chemical thing going on the overwhelms the chocolate and roasty malt flavours that are there, too bad
M - a little thin, somewhat chaulky, but this chemical thing is even coming through on feel
O - a shame, this started pretty solid but as soon as it hits your lips its ruined, I will not be finishing this bomber

650ml bottle. Staying up late to watch the Canadian Juniors take a well-deserved early lead against the Yanks, and a nice seasonal-esque Canuck brew would really hit the spot about now.
This beer pours a black apparent, but more very dark chestnut hue upon closer examination, with one tremulous finger of bubbly, thinly foamy beige head, which leaves some hollow mesa profile lace around the glass as it gently seeps away.
It smells of nutty, cold coffee-inflected chocolate malt, some very mild prune and cherry dark fruit, wet ash, and leafy, somewhat bitter earthy hops. The taste is more day-old coffee, chalky dry cocoa, a slight roasted graininess, some musty, indistinct dried fruit, and earthy, drying hops.
The carbonation is a tad frothy, but mostly average in its support role, the body medium-light in weight, kind of thin for the style, and plainly smooth. It finishes quite dry, the coffee and tame chocolate notes all that there is on offer.
Wow, 'organic' chocolate must be some seriously weak stuff, because this is quite the underwhelming, so-called chocolate stout. I don't know what the 'Bliss Tank' in the name actually refers to, but in gratuitously parsing it, I'm getting neither bliss nor tanked, off of this mediocre production.

S some cold coffee and coco powder with a little raisin, not a whole lot going on but its decent
T some faint char on top of what I smell but its faint all around except cold coffee, lots of cold coffee
M thin and goes from foam to flat quickly, the finish is what you may have guessed.... cold coffee
O not offensive but another pretty basic brew from Nelson, smells simple, tastes pretty plain, and doesn't really feel like a stout
I've either had bad luck with this brewery or they brew average beers, I'm thinking my lucks not that bad

Appearance - Pours a jet black with a finger width of beige head.
Smell - Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, slight aroma of dark fruits and nuts, vanilla, oats or barley.
Taste - Starts with a bit of the chocolate flavour (certainly not as much as the aroma suggests), followed by toasted oats and barley. Not picking up any other flavours from the aroma. A little sour at the end.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with light carbonation. Thin and on the watery side.
Overall - An underwhelming stout by Nelson Brewing. I was hoping for much more chocolate to come in to the taste (as the name and smell suggested). The body is a bit too watery for the style. This one might have to go back to the drawing board for a revamp.
