Pours a semi clear amber with fine head.
Smell is bready and a bit sweet with notes of rye, brown bread, knäckebröd and grapefruit.
Taste is crisp and bready. A bit sweet and fruity with notes of knäckebröd, wort bread, rye and grapefruit. Solid bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice Dortmunder with just the right amount of sweetness.
