This barrel-aged version of our gingerbread milk stout is a blend of a batch that was aged for six months, in two 200L charred-oak, ex-whisk(e)y casks from Speyside Cooperage. The barrels used were Aberlour Single Malt Scotch Whisky and Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
