Drinking out of a tumbler at my hotel in Kyoto.
Pours a clear bronze color with a frothy moderate head.
Smells some of caramel, malt.
Fair mouth feel.
Tastes of caramel, malt. A little bitterness-
A little watery.

Had a bottle of this in Kyoto at a ramen restaurant in Kyoto Station. Obviously goes extremely well with greasy, delicious Kansai foods such as ramen, okonomiyaki, takoyaki, and anything else fried. Nice light amber appearance with a hoppy, nutty smell. Wonderful to drink without any sort of negative aftertaste. Mouthfeel was nothing to note in particular. If this were served at a public place, I would definitely choose it over other dominant Japanese brands.
