On tap at the source.
A - Medium gold with nice clarity and very vibrant carbonation and a creamy layer of foam on top (like a nitro draft).
S - Dry, earthy, yeasty aroma.
T - Light citrus, some earthiness, yeasty bready, and ends with an assertive bitterness (for a Belgian). There's also a mineral-like presence that lingers underneath on the palate.
M - Big medium body with alot of sprightly carbonation that prickly and immediately subsides to a soft finish.
O - A decent sipper!
