Lady Liberty surely had tears in her eyes when she watched the towers that sunny Tuesday morning. We seek to honor those lost and the lives forever changed.
J’Observe is a bourbon barrel aged American imperial brown. It’s beautiful color and fullness of flavor comes from malts from our friends at Montana Malting Co. It was generously hopped and conditioned for over a year in a Heaven Hills Bourbon Barrel. This beer has rich notes of coffee, chocolate and caramel wonderfully balanced with oak and bourbon.
