Aged for a year in Bourbon Barrels from Sonoma Distilling Co. this beer base is made with Oyster Shells for mineral and salt properties for balance...plus old world cool factor. BA Salty Goat Imperial Stout has a very forward bourbon-vanilla-American oak notes and backgrounds of caramel, molasses, dark chocolate, sea salt & dark fruits.
