Another very nicely done beer from this brewery. Really rich crackery bread crust malt character leading the way; hints of straw and grassy hops follow up, as well as gentle wafts of white raisin and pear. Crisp and quite drinkable overall, with a moderate but noticeable snap of bitterness following through (about pale ale level, I'd say).
