This is a pretty colored beer it’s hazy but not overly done. Straw colored yellow or something like that. Head disappeared pretty quick after pour.
Oh that smell...amazing pungent grass, pine, citrus rind. Very strong almost as if you squeezed an orange skin under your nose, great stuff. The aromas cut through any other smells around.
Taste is very good to me the most prominent being orange rind, not juice. Almost like a sprite citrus taste going on while being super resinous.
Mouthfeel is kind of light almost watery, only negative for this beer. Smooth and a nice lingering bitterness that I really enjoy. Nice crisp finish as well.
This beer is so neat because of the effort the brewery put into it. I’m lucky to have these guys so close. Cheers to good local beer!
