Dark gold body, bright and clear; moderately rising carbonation, slow and gently; thick head, white and frothy. Inviting smell; pine with, perhaps, a touch of citrus pith; sweet malt note. Spot-on west coast India pale ale flavor; light to moderate malt base with a moderate hop bitterness; mild sweetness, not quite caramel but somewhat like it; nice spicy undercurrent below the sweetness. Medium-heavy body; smooth residual sugars offset a slightly abrasive hop bite; mild stickiness; semi-dry mouthfeel overall.
I love the balance of this IPA. Light, earthy sweetness with a great hop bitterness adding a bit of jagged edge to things.
Pouring temperature: 52 °F; canning data: unknown

This one pours a semi clear amberish color. It has a not so dense bubbly head that disappears almost completely faintly quickly. Just a ring of froth left now where glass meets beer.
Smells citrus rind, malty sweet, and piney goodness.
The taste leans mostly piney with a little citrus bite and again subtle malt presence.
Mouthfeel is medium and resiny, bitterness is all there.
If you enjoy piney sappy and bitter ipas grab this one.
