NOMAD was brewed in the style of Kölsch with Pilsner, Munich, and a touch of Acidulated malts and gently hopped with the almighty Hallertau Mitelfrüh for a very balanced & refreshing hop bitterness. In the nose we’re getting aromas of honey biscuits and delicate herbal notes, with some light pine bitterness, freshly mowed grass, and baked saltines on the palate.

Pours the color of a golden field of wheat, a white head that lasted surprisingly long; a nice thin white layer remains. This beer is almost, so so close, to crystal clear; by the time it was warmed up at the end of the glass it was crystal clear.
The nose has some honey to it, and grape skin laid over a nice wafer like quality.
Taste is grape skin, wafer, and it finishes with an evergreen like touch on the finish.
Light to medium body, a tad heavy, with vigorous yet soft on the tongue carbonation, noticeably dry finish with a little hop bite and super clean.
