Nevergreen is an American Pale Ale brewed in the West Coast tradition with Pilsner malt, a touch of Carahell, and a dash of Red Wheat from our pals down at Rabbit Hill Malthouse.
Hopped & Dry Hopped with a nice lil blend of Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Chinook, this floral & piney beauty is also showcasing elegant notes of underripe pineapple, lemon & lime zests, tangerine and/or grapefruit pith, and a verrry nice strawberry profile from that Idaho 7.

Pours a light gold, crystal clear; head is white, average retention; nothing worth noting.
The nose is very bright; pine, specifically needles, jump out of the glass, fruit lurks in the background, little berry like, with some tanginess, and very light tropical vibe.
The taste is pleasant, led by the pine; lightly tampered by the fruit notes noted in the nose; some light malt presence and sweetness gives it a nice backbone.
Light body, very clean going down; light softness to it; firm, very prickly, and clean bitterness, quite drinkable, really good resiny bite.
