Collaboration with our friends Empress Rising, this Belgian white ale was brewed with Rabbit Hill Malthouse pilsner, raw wheat, malted wheat, and malted oats. Indian coriander and five varieties of citrus (oranges, tangerines, clementines, blood orange, and cara cara) were zested, juiced and steeped in the whirlpool alongside some Cascade hops.
Notes of zesty citrus, fruity pebbles, spice, bubblegum, and pleasant malty-sweet grain.
