A very pale light gold appearance .
Medium carbonation with a just below average body which added up to a nice light feel.
Aroma is a nice unique mix of bread, white dough, subdued floral and citrus. Sweet grain and rice syrup .
Taste has some mild hop bitterness, equally mild sweetness, with bitter roasted grain taking over and dominating the aftertaste
Overall an excellent well done beer

Pours with excellent clarity, white head, lightly sudsy with a very pleasing amount of lace, above average retention, very nice looking beer.
The nose is beautifully floral and delicate; touch of white bread, a light underlying yellow citrus note seals the deal.
Taste mirrors the nose mostly; there is white bread, if it was baked fresh; followed by light lemony and floral notes, restrained sweetness, the floral note lingers nicely in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel, along with aroma, steal the show on this beer; light bodied, lightest bit of sweetness, with a zippy and dry finish; low bitterness with light tongue snapping hop presence; highest of drinkabilities.
