Rustic wheat lager brewed with Rabbit Hill Malthouse Malt, Avalon pilsner malt is the foundation along with malted wheat and light munich. Hopped early in the kettle with saaz, and whirlpool-ed with mandarina bavaria. Fermented low and slow with a classic Philly lager strain.
