Dark red, maroon in colour with considerable cloudiness. The foam popped up momentarily as soon as I opened the bottle. Foam is pink, high and generally persistent.
Aroma sweet and sour at the same time, fruity, you can clearly smell blackcurrant, it is very fresh and refreshing.
Taste pleasantly sour, tart with a stone dry bitterness.
Saturation high, effervescent. Body medium. Rough texture. Aftertaste long, stone-like with a tart, sour background.
