Schankbier is "draft bier." From the bottle, it drinks very well as I waited in Frankfurt Airport. The head is off-white and reduces quickly. The nose gets a nice scent of roasted malts. Taste follows with a pleasant flavor of a nicely dark brew with flavors of roasted malts.
