Pours well and Looks good with an average head initially, but it settles fast, quickly sinking leaving only some head around the edge of the glass, and looks a little flat. Smells faintly of candy, much less than expected, but also a yeast smell. Tastes like a much lower ABV beer, almost like a lager but with a more yeasty umami flavour, which is a little overpowering compared to the candy, coriander etc. Feels more carbonated and creamy than it looks. Very easy to drink for an 8% ABV in a 440ml can! Supporting a local brewery and not disappointed, but some improvements could be made to tame the yeast flavour, and personally I would enjoy more fizz with a Belgian Tripel.
