Light, crisp, dry and refreshing, the type of beer that you used to sneak from your dad's can at family picnics and seen an upgrade. No longer relegated to industrial beer factories, the recipe has found its way to Salt Face Mule Brewing.
Light straw, bubbly and popping with teeming carbonation, a light and arid froth comes with fresh grain sweetness, spicy and floral hops and hints of grassiness that all precede a scantly sweet early palate built around dry graininess and pale malt. Bringing a slight cereal character to the middle palate, so do peppery hops and their grassy, parsely-like and minty finish.
Light, refreshing an less messy than most corn accented lager, Maize Runner might not carry much flavor impact but is largely error free in its rudimentary light lager recipe.
