Very dark brown colour. The liquid appears cloudy. Brown head, medium height, fine bubbles, persistent. Leaves no traces on the glass.
The aroma is strong and intense, roasted, coffee-like, chocolatey, sweet, with delicate ash notes and accents of dried, fried dark fruits (mainly plums).
The flavour is definitely dry, with sweet notes only in the background. The bitterness is dry, roasted and coffee-like.
The alcohol slightly scratches the throat. Medium carbonation. Full body. Smooth texture. Long, dry aftertaste.
