Härle's Böckle was suggetsed to me by the guy of the "Emporio della Birra" here in Varese, Italy, and it was a good advice.
Beautyful brown-red colour, dark honey and caramel in the aroma. Persistent creamy foam that caress lips and palate, weak carbonation. Bittersweet taste, with notes of caramel and honey again, very smooth and pleasant.
This bock is very good, its German character with smoothness and softness really impressed me.
