This crispy and smooth version of a pale ale has an extra hint of caramel malt that finishes light and goes down easy.

5 oz pour on tap at the brewery. It's been a while since I had a traditional pale ale and this is a good style example (leaning towards the American side of the spectrum, not English) . Not quite thin, with a medium malt base and moderate bitterness with some pine and citrus. "Crispy and smooth" is about right for the mouthfeel. Decent but not something I'd be likely to order again.
