Tap
Pours hazy golden, decent off-white head dissipates slowly.
Smells of wheat malts, banana, little hint of bubblegum and some other herbal notes.
Flavor is wheat malt, banana, bubblegum, coriander, and a hint of citrus.
Medium body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Look at my history. Look at how long I have been drinking beer and how many I have tried. Now believe me when I say this is the best hefe I have ever had from an American brewery. It has a little witbier character too but as a hefe, I think this is phenomenal. Just extremely impressive to see an American brewery come this close to tasting like a true German hefeweizen. Absolutely must try for wheat beer fans in Pittsburgh.
