This weizen from Allgäu in the south of Germany pours a hazy golden and a bit orange colour. The head is big and fluffy but disappears quickly. It has a little fruity smell, with hints of citrus and wheat. The taste is smooth, little fruity and hints from the yeast. The aftertaste of this beer is a bit weak for my taste. But nice to drink after hard days job.
