Straw color and clear. Smaller head but it provides several streaks on the glass.
Sweet like fresh crushed berries. Light sourness but no bitterness to the nose.
The taste is closer to a traditional blonde—lots of pale malt (no adjuncts), thinner body, and a very mild hop touch. The finish and aftertaste is mostly the drier malt. This time it’s more bitter than sour although both are present.
