The colour is clear light amber, cognac. The foam is high, made of small bubbles, reminiscent of whipped cream. It circulates beautifully and is characterised by a long reduction time.
Aroma quite sweet, caramel. There are grassy notes and there is diacetyl.
Taste sweet, but broken by a grassy, arching bitterness.
Medium saturation. The liquid has a smooth, soft texture. Full body. Long, dry aftertaste.
