Tasted on tap at Ybor City Tap House in Tampa, FL. It was billed on the beer list as a Triple IPA.
Light copper color is a bit hazy and lifeless looking. Not much head. Aromas are citrusy and sweet, like an orange creamsicle. Some citrus hops flavor, but lots of candy-like sweet malt flavors. High hops bitterness, but still an overall sweet impression. Alcohol is dangerously well hidden, just a light warmth at the back of the throat. Interesting beer, but it's a bit cloying to me, even though I don't shy away from malty, sweet beers.
