Copenhagen 17/3 2025. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. A figure standing at the mouth of a tunnel illuminated by a warm light from the far end.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Tropical fruits mingling with a more subtle scent of citrus fruits Mango and Passion fruit. A little Pineapple. Grapefruit and Lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a nice citric twist. A bit tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
A pleasant and sharp Rabbit Hole.
