RUN FOR THE HILLS ... if you really like beer. its amazing how many other reviews mention "the beer was just decent"...or "it seems they are focusing more on atmosphere rather than their beer"...
i also have never paid so much for a flight of beers...ever! (and i have over 5200 unique beers logged - that's a lot of other breweries. sooo many other choices around the area....

Visited on a Saturday at about noon with my teenage son and dog. Already crowded. Family friendly. A large place with space for event and large crowds. A great outdoor space. Dog friendly. In door and outdoor bar. Food trucks as well as its own food. Electronic payment only. Table service. Some TVs at the bar but this place is about your people. Beer is decent. Food good as well. Come for the party - drink beer when you’re there. Nothing dark or heavy on the tap list during my visit.

Stopped by on a nice afternoon, and as mentioned by other reviewers, this is a large area, family-friendly, destination brewery that might be more focused on the experience than the beer, if our visit was indicative of normal operations. We will likely stop by in the future to give it another chance, but the beers were average to disappointing.
We were sitting at one of the satellite bars outside. They seem to have a high percentage of younger workers serving the outdoor areas. The bar team was a bit more interested in socializing than paying attention to customers. We weren't in any hurry, so it wasn't a big deal, but I'd generally expect a little more attentive staff. The non-IPA beers seemed to lack a ton of differentiation in color, though thankfully with a little more in taste. Unfortunately, at least one beer seemed off.
Some additional notes:
We didn't expect such a large place, and there are multiple parking areas. They did have kids driving golf carts to shuttle patrons to the main venue, which was nice. Staff was friendly. Good number of bathrooms, but with more of them urinal-only, there was often a short line for women waiting to use the facilities.

I visited Lark Brewing on 8/25/2024.
Be forewarned, this place is crawling with families with little kids. It didn't bother me, but if you don't like that atmosphere, you may not like this place.
The brewery space is huge. They offer inside seating as well as outdoor seating, with 2 covered pavilions, and numerous picnic tables. the 2 covered areas looked to have there own bars, but I didn't go in to check the out. We ordered through the QR code on the table and beers and food came quickly.
Yesterday they had 10 beers available, along with numerous wine options, wine slushies, a seltzer, a cider and a hard kombucha. They also offered a decent selection of food. We had a pretzel and some cheesesteak eggrolls, and both were very good.
As far as beer, I tried their Hefeweizen and their Pineapple Ale, and both were fine. My wife had their Lark Light beer, and she was happy with it.
On a warm fall day, it would be a great place to stop for a beer. I will have to go back, and try some of their other beers.

Brand new Place, opened 2 weeks ago.
Large timber frame building with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. There are also 2 pavilions (one with a bar) outside, fire pits and an outdoor gaming area. Good crowds both mid-week afternoons that I was there but still plenty of room.
I think they had about 10 beers on tap with other alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. The selection wasn't great as the darkest beer they've had is an Amber Ale, but the pints I had were good to very good and I'm sure more styles will come. The food is also pretty good. Prices are a bit high but it seems you are paying for the ambience and amenities as well as the food and drink.
Definitely worth a visit.
