33 cl bottle, straight up, in Toulouse, France.
Little spritz foam oozed up out the bottle. Orange-gold slightly hazy brew.
Aroma of citrus fruits, bit of malt.
Taste is pretty vacant; there’s no bark or bite here.,. Adjunking with rice dumbs the flavors down, oats add nada. And the kumquat is a ploy to boost the lack of sensory forward hops. Finishes with me wishing for more bitterness or tartness.
Mouthfeel is light and crisp, there’s medium carbonation.
Overall, a refreshing enough brew at an economical price point. And props for using all organic ingredients. But nothing I’d bring to a gathering of friends.
