Hazy brown body with amber highlights, topped by a thin head. Did leave a nice lacing, though. The aroma was very strong on caramel, earthy malt sweetness, and a touch of hops. Some mild alcohol esters tingle the nose as well. The taste is primarily sweetness with some peppered hop notes. A touch of coriander sweeps in the back door. Good bitterness on the finish cleans this beer up well, and the smooth mouthfeel lends to the good drinkability. A somewhat unbique brew, but very good. It's a combination of a sweet brown and a Belgian wit. Something different, which is cool.

Intense upfront fruitiness followed by earthy, thoroughly Belgian yeast
notes. No head so therefore no retention or lace. A bit of a disappointment. The original brewer seemed better with the bigger beers.
