For the holidays this is called White Christmas. This is a juiced up wit with more of everything and then some. Pours a hazy gold with a blast of spice it the nose. Ginger, citrus, and a touch of candy explodes from the bone white head. This is a take no prisoners, all or nothing beer. Ginger dominates the full bodied profile, with coriander and orange filling out the spices. Mouthfeel is thick and juicy, this is definitely a cold weather beer, not your summer, lighter wheat brew. Pittsburgh BA's with a jones for Belgians should really seek this monster out.

This hazy amber beer poured with a nice, thick head. It leaves an excellent lace on the glass. The aroma is of coriander, malt, and a touch of ginger spices. The flavor is very crisp, with noticeable ginger and coriander notes. Also a strong malt background. Nice bitterness on the finish. Very smooth mouthfeel and excellent drinakbility.
