We are super stoked to share our newest release brewed at Irrational, in collaboration with @Ale_Architect! We decided to go over the top with this one and brew a big ol' TDH West Coast DIPA. For the base, it was a no-brainer to use 100% @HogarthMalt since both our breweries are huge fans of their top quality malts. This one uses a base of Pilsner and a hefty chunk of Vienna for some colour, body, and subtle malt complexity. The hop blend leans super heavy into Idaho 7 with Simcoe and Krush Cryo playing the supporting role. Expect aggressive notes of fresh apricot, giggle grass, and some light melon character.

Single 16 ounce can - no canning date but recent release.
Clear bright golden yellow pour with a finger of fine foamy white head.
Aroma of ripe tropical fruit, mango, pineapple; hints of grapefruit and pine and just a touch of herbal dankness.
Taste is tropical, some stone fruit, ripe pineapple and then a herbal dankness with a slightly resinous bitterness at the back.
Medium full mouthfeel with nice carbonation and a dry finish and a lingering bitter bite.
