Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a nonic glass.
Mostly clear, deep gold colored body. Milky white head that becomes thin islands and a clinging high ring. Leaves behind lacing webs.
Aroma of citrus and pine, with a sweet toasted malt base.
Taste of piney bitterness, orange and grapefruit citrus, and sweet toasted malts. Aftertaste stays mostly bitter but also present sweet.
A little more than medium mouthfeel. Drier finish. Very good carbonation.
