Stratus: Strawberry

Do you like unfiltered wheat beers? Do you like strawberries? Do you like spring weather and knocking back a few brewskis on the patio of your favorite brewery while surrounded by good friends (or even subpar ones? The weather makes everything better. Duh.) Well this beer is deliciously wheat-y and full of strawberries in every step of the process. We added strawberries in the boil and let the yeast go to work to give it an almost wine like finish. Then we "dry-hopped" it with more strawberries to sweeten it up a bit and add a wonderful, fruity nose!
