An Imperial Pastry Stout with Brazilian Coffee from Samples Coffee Roastery and cinnamon.
"With our Barista Series, we collaborate with local coffee roasters to create something special. This time we teamed up with Samples Coffee. We selected this beautiful Brazilian Fazenda Coqueiro coffee from Mantiqueira de Minas region. We also added a touch of cinnamon to bring out that classic cinnamon roll vibe alongside the chocolaty, nutty and roasty coffee character."
Head Brewer Jirka Ordén

Copenhagen 3/11 2025. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Black cn with an intricate and confusing pattern In green.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small bubbly beige head. Disappears after a few seconds leaving only small patches of foam behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense wiren a strong sweet and malty odor mingling with a shitload og cinnamon - and a little coffee. Sweet dark malts, lightly roasted. Brown sugar in abundance. Coffee and dark chocolate. Cinnamon and vanilla.
Low carbonation. Thick, oily, soft, viscous, creamy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Lingering. Finish is semi-dry with a touch of cinnamon.
More cinnamon than coffee.
