Copenhagen 8/3 2026. 44 cl can from Øltanken web-shop. White can with a little drawing of a tall fellow in uniform walking with a little lady.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as a thi, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet odor of stone fruits mingling with a stronger scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and nectarine. Sharp citrus and grapefruit.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Well balanced with a nice tart nose.
