Collaboration with our friends at Cervecería Escollo. Cloudy Pale Ale, with tropical fruit aromas due to the selection of hops, very trackable, with moderate bitterness with caramel notes. Intense flavor and great body that comes from our selection of hops, creamy and refreshing!

On tap at La Roma Brewing in Colonia Roma Norte in Mexico City.
This one pours a hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like grapefruit, pine, and mango.
This is a very solid but fairly basic take on the style, but one of the better “craft” styles I had in Mexico City. It’s juicy, fairly creamy tasting, with a pleasant snap on the finish – piney and dank.
This is light bodied, creamy, clean, and pretty drinkable.
This was fairly pleasant and went down easy in the Mexico heat.
