The color of this light beer was a very pale, light yellow. The smell was not impressive. The aroma of hop and a hint of yeast. The flavor was of hop and yeast. It was was very boring flavor. Not a light beer that I would drink again. It also had a sour bitter feeling in the mouth.

Apperance: light yellow, with little foam or lacing. Aroma: some sweet hops, very little malt. Initial taste: mellow, promising more than it delivers. Not much body, as one would expect with a light beer. Strong carbonation, bites back. Dry finish. Would work well as an alternative to most light beers.

The beer pours the prototypical lager golden yellow with a modest white head, frothy in texture and a bright white in color. Nose is citrus crisp, fresh and clean, somewhat sweet like the start, top is thin in feel. Finish has a prickly acidity, the hops are mild as one would expect and the aftertaste dry and lingering. In all honesty lagers and pilsners are not my style of beer, but it is a drinkable beer as it thirst quenching and made for the hot desert summers.
