Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Cloudy, unfiltered deep gold colored body. Tiny bubble white colored head.
Aroma of tangy wheat malt, banana, and cloves.
Taste is sweet and tangy with the wheat malt. Esters contribute banana and cloves. All continue in the mellow aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Tanginess leads to a clean finish, with some buzziness on the tongue. Very good carbonation.
Standard for style, with a good balance of flavors and mouthfeel.
