This crushable pilsner is light, smooth, and sweet with a crisp taste. Its hoppy notes of Sauvignon Blanc, elderflower, and fresh citrus make for a refreshing finish.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a light to medium golden amber with a fine, two finger white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of grainy pilsner malt, grassy and citrus hops, graham cracker and hints of fruit. Flavor is light pilsner malt, citrus and mixed fruit hops, grapefruit, lemon, light dried grassiness and some floral notes; flavor drops off into a grapefruit rind finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A satisfactory domestic pilsner that uses a minor amount of continental hops mixed with more modern citrus and lightly fruit-centric ones. The flavor starts out well, but the malt support fades away leaving the hops somewhat stark on the palette in the finish. Crisp and drinkable, but unremarkable.
